The only way out now is for ABC to have more then 100% of the total hash rate.
Idea: If the attacker does not orphan the blocks that give 100% to IFP address (as he said he wouldnt) then ABC could create blocks as a mining pool, the mining pool can payout from the IFP address to individual miners on the pool. Basically, official ABC-pool and according to the attacker's own rules these blocks would not get orphaned
