Recent article confirms Tigran and Nadeem still cannot leave Nigeria.. They were basically Shanghai'ed and taken as hostages after being invited.

Nigeria is blaming them for capital outflows , "...demanding $10 billion in penalties for enabling some $26 billion of untraceable funds."
