Uk folks, which banks are letting us buy/transfer cash to exchanges?

Not had my Halifax/Lloyds account too long so I’ve not tried to buy any btc yet. Are they safe to move cash to an exchange or do I need to look at a secondary bank account to build up my crypto loses?
