US Bitcoin reserve will it happen ?

Hello I was wondering what are the real odds of this happening. It seems people are pretty skeptical of the new POTUS actually delivering on a Bitcoin reserve but I continue to see news and developments of a plan.

What do you guys think, will it really start in 2025?
