Using Bitcoin in Boracay

New Yorker headed to Boracay in a month and planning to spend some bitcoin while there. Has anyone used Pouch.ph? My plan is to send pocket sats to a Pouch wallet from a mobile wallet. Anybody in the Philippines who has tried it out?
