UTXO list

If all my funds on the blockchain are a series of different size utxo’s, is there any way to consolidate a list to see how my funds are broken down? I can’t even imagine why I would need to know that information and it seems like it might remove some level of privacy from me by exposing the list. Just thought it might be interesting
