Wash sale rules on BTC ETFs?

Has anyone consulted a tax attorney on the wash sale applicability to selling one BTC ETF and buying another BTC ETF within 30 days? Sitting on paper losses…would like to tax loss harvest but don’t want to be out of the market for 30 days straight.
