What are the best US exchanges that don't connect to your bank account with Plaid?

Recently coinbase switched over to using Plaid to connect to bank accounts. My bank doesn't allow connections via plaid. I looked into Kraken and they also use Plaid. So does Strike. I'm not the biggest fan of the spread on cash app or robinhood. On Swan Bitcoin I'm not seeing the ability to sell Bitcoin/cash out. Basically I'm just looking for a reasonable off-ramp for if I need liquidity ever. Any input is much appreciated.
