What are the weird Bitcoin stickers on a Tesla superchargers?

Been charging at this Tesla supercharger in LA and I keep seeing these plastic placards with Bitcoin logo on the chargers. It's well made and no website or something on them to promote. Really weird. Tried looking any info online, but no luck. Anyone knows what it is?
