What cold wallets do y’all prefer?

I’m looking to dive deeper into Bitcoin but don’t feel comfortable keeping it all in a hot wallet. What are some reliable cold wallet options I should consider? I’ve had a ledger some years ago but had it break on me within a week of having it and had to send it back, don’t know if they are better quality now though.
