What do you think of this advice to not pay off debt early?

Like the poster, I took out a loan last year to buy Bitcoin. APY is 11% and it stresses me out so I've been trying to pay it off when I probably should be using extra money to buy Bitcoin and just pay the minimums on this.

Thoughts?
