What is going to happen with the ARK Bitcoin ETF on 1/10/24?

The people I have been listening to have been speculating that the SEC is going to push all of the deadlines to March, that they are going to accept them all at once, but one of the ETF's that are under review has its final deadline in January of next year.

Does anybody have an idea on what is going to happen to that one? It would be weird for it to be rejected only for all the ETF's to get approved 2 months later, but what would be weirder is it getting approved months before Blackrock's.
