What is this? Looks like a dollar bill from 2009 with the creator of Bitcoin on it. #crypto #bitcoin

Found in a storage unit recently. It was with a bunch of other currency . Looks like a joke bill but has a serial number at the top (I covered ) and almost like a shiny inlay to the right . Normally I think is real , except the storage until also had about 5-10 grand in designer clothes and Louis Vuitton bags . Anybody ever see this before ?
