What just happened

Good day all

I am hoping you can help explain what just happened to me. I was renewing a tv subscription which cost 151.42. So I did the transfer via Segwit. Then I get a confirmation and I look and it took a total of 612.02 in two seperate batches. The BTC amount I entered was correct so I am confused as why I lost 460 dollars worth in addition to what I paid?
