What would be your advice to someone who thinks it is too late to start DCA'ing Bitcoin?

So, I got into crypto in 2020 and have been adding a little bit of Bitcoin to my investments whenever possible. It wasn’t until 2022 that I was completely orange-pilled. Now, I have a friend who was skeptical when I started, but he’s interested in starting now. However, he thinks it’s too late.

I’ve told him about the long-term potential of Bitcoin, but he’s still not fully convinced. How can I help him understand better or explain it more simply? Any tips or advice?
