What’s the quickest way to sell btc from cold storage?

If the btc went to 250k and I wanted to sell half a btc

Would I have to put the Bitcoin onto an exchange and sell? What sort of time would that take?

I’ve got to the part of buying and dcaing but not sure about the sell part?

What would you guys do to sell quickly if it goes to the moon?
