Where do you spend your crypto?

If you’re in the states where do you go to spend your bitcoin or any other crypto? Sure there are websites that accept it and some ATMs here and there but what about in person?

Is there a list of places that accept it somewhere? Or are we still limited to selling it for fiat and then using that?
