Why are there people that thinks that L2 solutions doesnt work?

Since I went fully BTC P2P, I had to learn how to use L2 because buying on-chain would be stupid expensive. I have a lot of money in BTC now and have to use L2 all the time to minimize on-chain fees.

Buy LBTC, accumulate enough, then peg out.

The Lightning Network is always used here in Brazil in some states like Rolante, which is the biggest BTC city in the world to fully adopt BTC.
