Will bitcoin ever be accepted by corporate America?

This sounds like a loaded question. It feels like it would require doomsday to happen, where USD crumbles, implying most of the world’s currencies have already crumbled.

Is there a scenario where USD holds up and other countries happily co-exist to some degree with crypto, and all businesses take it as payment? Amazon, apple, my grocery store…

In my head I want to HODL until my student loan provider accepts Bitcoin lol. If that ever happens I’m sure it means BTC is in the millions and we’re all happy campers. Bonus discussion about how it comes to be that any entity decides to accept Bitcoin, and if that’s just a trust/stubbornness factor.
