Withdrawing BTC from binance to Coinbase through lightning network keeps getting rejected

I’ve tried withdrawing multiple sums of BTC from Binance to an invoice made on Coinbase but it keeps getting rejected because of “Networkbusy”. Does anyone know why this or or have successfully withdrawn to Coinbase from Binance?

I couldn’t find anyone else having trouble when withdrawing to Coinbase. Thanks in advance.
