Current monthly income: 6,600.00 euros from 01.01.25: 6.900,00 Euro from 01.07.25: 7.300,00 Euro

No further liabilities, only rent in the amount of 1,600 euros.

Assets: 10k in the Bank account with 3.75 % interest as an emergency plan. 3,342 Bitcoins

This would be my first loan. I would like to use the leverage.
